50 minute sessions.
I offer online and in person sessions.
I ask for payment to be made 48-hours before the session. The easiest way to do this is by bank transfer or some people prefer to set up a direct debit.
Free Introductory Call
I offer a free introductory call. This is a chance for us to have 20minutes to get to know each other. It is an opportunity for you to discuss what you would like to get out of therapy and to ask any questions you may have. It is also a time where I can share a bit about how I work.
Having an introductory call does not mean that we are commiting to working together.
Cancellation Policy
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means I will not charge you for a missed/cancelled session if you let me know with 48-hours notice. We can then discuss an alternative time slot.
